Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuickSite's website and services. By submitting an intake form, making a payment, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

QuickSite provides AI-assisted website design and development services for small businesses. Services include:

• Launch Plan (Free): A single-page professional website hosted on a QuickSite subdomain. Optional hosting at $99/month. No revisions included.
• Growth Plan ($600 one-time): A multi-page website with one revision round, custom domain support, and 30 days of included hosting. After 30 days, hosting continues at $99/month if desired.
• Scale Plan ($1,200 one-time): A comprehensive multi-page website with three revision rounds, priority build queue, custom domain, dedicated support, and 90 days of included hosting. After 90 days, hosting continues at $99/month if desired.

2. Delivery

We aim to deliver a preview of your website within 48 hours of receiving a completed intake form. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on complexity or volume. We will communicate any delays promptly.

3. Revisions

Revision rounds are defined as one round of consolidated feedback submitted after preview delivery. Each round covers copy changes, layout adjustments, color updates, and structural modifications within the original scope. Requests that significantly expand the original scope may be quoted as additional work.

4. Payment

Growth and Scale plan fees are due before the site goes live. We will send a secure payment link to your email after intake. Hosting fees, where applicable, are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice.

All payments are processed securely. QuickSite does not store credit card information.

5. Refunds

Because significant work begins immediately upon intake, refunds are handled as follows:

• If you request a refund before we deliver a preview, we will issue a full refund.
• After preview delivery, refunds are at our discretion and will be prorated based on work completed.
• Hosting fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
• The Launch (free) plan has no payment and therefore no refund policy.

6. Your Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.). By submitting content to us, you grant QuickSite a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of building your website.

Upon full payment, you own your completed website and its files. QuickSite retains the right to display the completed site in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QuickSite's services to create websites that:

• Contain illegal content or facilitate illegal activity
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Are designed to deceive or defraud visitors
• Promote hate, discrimination, or violence

We reserve the right to refuse service to any request that violates these standards.

8. Intellectual Property

QuickSite retains ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, and processes used to build your site. The final delivered website — its copy, layout, and design as applied to your brand — is yours upon full payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

QuickSite's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, search engine ranking, conversion rates, or business results. We will deliver a professional website — results depend on many factors outside our control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
